*Support product launch communication & paid media execution efficiency by keeping optimizing working process and taking initiatives to raise new ideas, work with Brand Communication team on overall strategy execution cohering to communication objectives.
*Prepare and update monthly/weekly reports , collect and verify data, track and analyze campaign performance by weekly to evaluate the effectiveness and provide solid feedback for improvement if necessary.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors’ online activities to identify opportunities. Stay abreast of industry best practices, conduct research and data analysis to identify trend and challenges, and take actions.
*Support Brand Communication team for the duties on PR & influencer communications
*Support brand events or product focus media preview execution to increase brand visibility. Coordinate PR activities, sponsorships and other partnerships
*Enhance media & influencers exposure results in both quality and quantity approaches.
*Focus on digital media editors and KOL & KOC relationship.
*Press release and seeding preparation, execution, follow-through. Create PR kits to engage with influencers and increase brand exposure
*PR sample packaging, KOL seeding list and explore KOCs, feasible talents in cultural field and artists.
*Manage media inquiries and requests.
*Support the Brand Communication team with project organization and other administrative tasks.
* 協助公關傳媒團隊新品宣傳計畫和媒體執行,透過不斷優化工作流程、主動提出新想法提升執行效率,確認執行過程符合整體溝通策略。
* 整理更新月/週報,善用PR 工具及數位工具進行曝光及活動成效監控、評估,必要時提供優化回饋。
* 追蹤與分析市場趨勢及競品活動,隨時掌握執行案例。
* 協助公關傳媒團隊品牌公關議題規劃及發展,其內容涵蓋企業公關、活動公關、媒體公關。
* 支援品牌各類公關活動如年度活動、新品媒體開箱與品牌異業合作、資源交換、公益贊助等專案執行。
* 媒體/KOL關係經營與操作,根據品牌目標,建立規劃 KOL/KOC 名單管理及執行KOL/KOC的傳播策略。
包含開發潛力意見領袖,從潛在合作人選中建立發展合作關係、溝通創作內容方向,並追蹤合作效果;新品預覽試用、節慶送禮安排規劃、品牌活動參與邀請等。並發掘優質KOC及新銳文化人才與藝術家,透過質量兼具的方法提高媒體和社群曝光度。
* 新聞稿撰寫、公關品準備及寄送、產品庫存請領及維護整潔。
* 處理媒體商借/借調。
* 其他主管交代協辦事項。
