Job Summary:
1. Relevant working experiences of Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing and/or Logistics Related
2. Experience of communicating with 3rd party service provider
3. Proactive to work, good communication, strong problem-solving skill, can work independently
Job Responsibilities:
1. Processing sales order and delivery issues (both inbound & outbound delivery)
2. Arrange stock replenishment based on demand forecast and review inventory level
3. Work closely with sales, marketing, and supplier to ensure supply and react in the rapid market
4. Coordinate with shipping and forwarder to update the shipment status and inbound to warehouse
5. Coordinating shipping documents, custom declarations, and freight cost
6. Manage, negotiate, and coordinate with 3rd party to optimize logistics process
7. Prepare monthly reports (sales report, inventory, and shipping etc) and updating product cost
8. Request payment for logistics related suppliers
9. Sourcing and purchasing for domestic suppliers (ad-hoc requirement)
10. Manage stocktake, defective, and all stock status & accuracy
11. Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
