- 協助客戶對於商品價格的查詢及報價相關的問題
- 負責部門相關文件之整理,建檔以及追蹤,於有效時間內回覆顧客信件
- 出貨單、訂單之處理及整理
- 顧客連絡資料整理
- 完成業務主管其他交辦事項
- 協助業務人員處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業
- 定期提供業務銷售狀況報表
- 主管交辦事宜或部門後勤支援
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product pricing and quotation-related issues
- Responsible for organizing department-related documents, filing, and tracking, and responding to customer emails within a timely manner
- Processing and organizing shipping orders and sales orders
- Organizing customer contact information
- Completing other assignments delegated by the business supervisor
- Assisting sales personnel in handling internal administrative operations related to sales business
- Regularly providing sales status reports to management
- Handling delegated tasks from supervisors or providing departmental logistical support
