JOB SUMMARY:
As an account manager, you will serve as a vital liaison between our key client in the US and the internal operation team in Asia(across 3 cities-Taipei, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur) to effectively manage each phase of the sales process.
This dynamic role requires regular international travel (high frequency), to facilitate collaboration and project coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between our internal teams and client.
• Strategic Partnership: Strengthen and nurture the strategic partnership with our US-based partner/client to achieve shared project objectives.
• Project Management: Lead and manage global sourcing projects, expanding product offerings, and driving business growth.
• Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with international counterparts to measure, document, and communicate Year-to-Date results on cost productivity. Participate in defining global sourcing strategies and provide sourcing recommendations.
• Issue Resolution: Provide support as directed to resolve operational issues related to supplier quality, delivery, and regulatory compliance.
