Position Summary:
This role will support Human Resources (HR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) function to deliver seamless and smooth HR operations and recruitment process across Nestlé Taiwan. We are seeking a junior talent who is passionate about HR and TA, responsible and reliable, and willing to make Nestlé Taiwan the best place to work. S/he should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable.
A Day in Life of HR Intern:
- Support TA recruitment process (e.g. job posting, employee referral program, candidate search, arranging interviews, hiring and onboarding process).
協助執行人才招募作業及流程,包括職缺廣告、內部員工推薦、人選搜尋、面談安排、任用及入職報到準備。(40%)
- Assist with the end to end employee life cycle and HR operations.
協助端到端人力資源運營流程,包括人員選育用留及離退行政作業。(20%)
- Support campus recruitment and employer branding projects including digital marketing and social recruiting.
協助校園徵才及推廣雇主品牌,包括數位行銷及社群招募專案。(10%)
- HR and TA system maintenance and data processing
人力資源及招募管理系統維護、資料建檔及處理。(10%)
- Support HR projects, assignments and employee engagement activities (e.g., Family Day and Year-end Party).
協助人力資源部門專案、任務及員工活動舉辦。(10%)
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
其他主管交辦事項。(10%)
