Responsibilities 1. Processes orders with Sales operations at Business Units. 2. Accomplish order acknowledgement to customers or order confirmation on customer ehub 3. Coordinate with departments regarding shipping dates and back orders 4. Maintains customer order files with shipping documents, quotations, and other information 5. Generate the ASN and invoice to meet the goods receiving procedure on customer ehub 6. Check data accuracy in orders, shipping documents and invoices 7. Liaise with forwarders and Logistics department at headquarters to ensure timely deliveries 8. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations 9. Create Final Acceptance Sign Off Form to service managers 10. Track and collect Account Receivable. 11. Coordinate Trade Show and Forum 12. Make hotel reservation and arrange transportation for visitors from HQ. 13. Communicate important feedback from customers internally 14. Stay up-to-date with new products and features Requirements 1. BS degree 2. 2+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role 3. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills 4. Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines 5. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) 6. A team player with high level of dedication 7. Ability to work under strict deadlines 8. Familiar with commercial terms and trade incoterms 9. Fluent English skills
