We're looking for a capable, driven, and passionate marketing specialist to help grow the company's brand and market share. You will work closely with the multicultural marketing team to help implement marketing strategies and dive into the advertising space to generate online leads effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute branding and leads generation activities (online and offline)
Analyze, review and present daily campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies.
2. Work closely with various departments to track and improve the results of marketing campaigns.
3. Liaise and negotiate with external vendors/agencies.
4. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Marketing
Qualifications and requirements:
1. Marketing, Media/Communications, or related majors are preferred.
2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
3. Outcome-driven fast learner who adapts easily to fast-evolving environments.
4. Detail-oriented and well-organized to efficiently manage various priorities under tight deadlines.
5. Having a good understanding of Google Ads, especially SEM is a must.
6. Hand-on experience in ads account setup including tracking code implementation.
7. Familiar with Google Analytics ( GA4 is preferred), Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and CRM system.
8. 1-2 years experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
9. Experience in various ads platform and basic knowledge of SEO in a plus.
