You will be responsible for ensuring we meet our customer’s service expectations of customers, focusing on continuous improvement of operational processes + procedures.
You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
• To ensure all customs operations comply with customs + any other relevant government legislations + requirements.
• To achieve agreed service standards with customers, including but not limited to timely customs clearance + any other requirements.
• To deliver consistent customer satisfaction through effective + efficient responses to enquiries, issues, + escalations.
• To complete filing of related documentations in accordance with operational + company requirements.
• To process customs clearance + complete customs product classifications as required.
• To complete month end processes within agreed deadlines.
• To employ team resources in an efficient + effective manner.
• To lead, coach + develop team members, including resolving issues in relation to team members.
