【Job Purpose】
This market level role is responsible for planning and executing assigned NPD trade launch plan, customer activations, in-store demo, promotional packs, POSM and displays for the segment to deliver our growth aspirations.
This role is a critical control point of TW SDL A&CD in Mars PR&PO approval process – PR&PO application in SAP system, request payment, and event settlement.
【Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities】
• Dotted line report to Customer Activation Manager and support Customer Activation Manager to develop and execute the assigned NPD/brand/customer activations, including draft agency brief, develop activation selling proposal, execute activation by customer and post evaluation.
• Plan and execution TW D-com customer activation of total confectionery. Be the main contact window to work with D-com Sales team to deliver target.
• Develop and execute POSM & display units by customer for the assigned campaigns, including POSM & display brief, production timeline management, distribution list, delivery and stock management.
• Partner with the Customer Development team to deliver an annual activation plan which is aligned to SCM choices, category growth drivers, customer needs and influences shoppers throughout the path to purchase. Effectively adapt and adjust activity plans to reflect the changing customer and internal environment.
• Product-related projects: regular update product list; create product and material code for NPD; SGS testing application, etc. subject to needs.
• TW SDL A&CD PR&PO application and execution, including PR&PO application in SAP system, request payment, and event settlement.
• Builds strong and influential relationships with key customers to ensure delivery of shopper, channel and category centric solutions which support the strategic ambitions of the customer and Mars.
