【Job brief】 We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Success Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer's success and satisfaction while also driving revenue growth for the company. The goal is to build strong relationships with customers and drive sustainable financial growth. 【Responsibilities】 Customer Success •Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to use the product or service effectively. •Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on best practices. •Develop and implement customer success plans, outlining goals, objectives, and timelines for achieving success. •Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with other departments to ensure a timely resolution. •Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for product improvements or new features. •Develop and maintain customer advocacy programs, such as case studies and referrals, to help build a strong brand reputation. Business Development •Seek new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and industry event networking. •Research accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and cultivate interest to grow and sustain your sales pipeline. •Work independently and with internal teams to plan pitches that speak to the client’s needs and objectives to close new business. •Identify growth opportunities in campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales.
