Experience: 1+ years of experience in international logistics/shipment and inventory management or relevant area
As a member in the team, should be able to effectively contribute individually and be able to mentor/guide peers or any new member in the team distributed over different locations. Members should be able to understand the project specific SLO/ KPIs and work aligned with Leads/Project Manager on any data needs. Should work with the team to closely monitor and complete the day to day operational tasks and keep everything under SLO/KPI compliant.
Job description should be as below however not limited only to this and members should be flexible to prioritize/align the task as needed as ready to take up the dynamically aligned responsibility required per the set guidelines.
1. Managing inventory, users requests, handling logistics (import and export) and distribution and distribution domestic and international shipments,
2. HardWare operations like moving the packages, organizing the different devices, picking the shipments and recycling the packing materials, keeping the storage area clean and tidy
3. Effectively communicate and handle email Responses aligned with KPI guidelines and priority in mind.
4. Flexible to adopt new learnings, proactive and responsive, ready to take up the tasks proactively and contribute in the team on any needs in the team
5. Proactively flagging any risk and Should be able to handle communication with team members and managers.
6. Very detail oriented and ready to capture details in tracker manually, Able to grapes quickly on data fields in the tracking sheets and ready to update the data where needed
7. Should be able to prioritize day to day operations in alignment with KPI goals and able to root cause and take corrective action on any KPI miss
8. Able to manage/capture and drive capturing all required and agreed data needed by the management team
9. Should be capable of handling multitasking and capture the related data
10. Flexible to accept new responsibilities as required in the team.
Good to have:
1. Experience for laptop IT setup and configuration
2. Performs hardware imaging, distribution, demo set-up and end-user technical support
3. Provides technical troubleshooting support based on operating system knowledge
4. Performs installations, repairs and preventative maintenance on consumer electronics hardware and software
5. Prior experience using any tools related to inventory management would be a plus.
