We are opening a position for a Project Manager to join our team on an exciting journey of becoming the next level and fitting into our collaborative culture and healthy environment!
Who you are:
•An energetic project manager to lead and manage the new project/business launch with our portfolio startups and the Group’s business units, including but not limited to business opportunity identifications, business models discussion and building, collaboration planning, and execution.
•A hands-on person who loves entrepreneurship in the operation business.
What you will do:
1.Project Launch Management:
•Lead the planning, execution, and successful launch of new projects with our investment portfolio companies and the Group’s business units.
•Drive the development of innovative business models, ensuring they align with market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
•Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
2.Stakeholder Collaboration:
•Work seamlessly within the parent corporate structures, navigating bureaucratic processes to drive project success.
•Act as a liaison between internal departments and external startups, facilitating effective communication and ensuring project alignment.
•Infuse an entrepreneurial spirit within the project team, fostering a culture of creativity, risk-taking, and adaptability.
•Actively contribute to initiating novel directions and strategies that push the boundaries of traditional corporate thinking.
3.Startups Coordination:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders and key stakeholders among the Group, understanding their needs and aligning them with corporate goals.
•Cultivate an environment that encourages open communication and cross-functional collaboration to propel new ventures forward.
4.Reporting and Analysis:
•Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and milestones.
•Conduct post-launch analysis to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
