Key responsibilities:
1. Act as a primary contact point for customers, providing IMP end-to-end visibility.
2. Monitor customer's in/out bound cargos' custom declaration and coordinate customer's in/out cargo arrangement with all related parties.
3. As part of Commercial Intelligence – build and keep strong relationships with customers, understand their business, service needs, drivers, and desires, and leverage this to engage in discussions about new business opportunities and competitor/market intelligence.
4. Take full responsibility for customer satisfaction and customer charter performance, and manage all customer-facing activities like regular client meetings, telephone calls, and mail correspondence.
5. Monitor agreed service levels, identify root causes when targets are unmet, and advise management of potential service failures and trends.
6. Always behave in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller–Maersk values.
7. Understand and be familiar with local KPIs and align with set targets. Drive continuous improvement opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
1. More than 5 years work experience in relevant position, preferably in sea/air import business
2. Familiar with Taiwan import customs clearance operation and warehouse operation process
3. Good English communication and writing skills
4. Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
5. Ability to respond quickly to problems is required
6. Have the spirit to work with a team and the ability to cooperate
7. Work seriously, carefully and responsibly
