Job description:
1.Act as the key contributor to financial/commercial controlling synergies between legacy lens and frame teams. Including but not limited to synergies of commercial, return, etc policies.
2.Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
3.Actively work closely with Frame and lens commercial team for promotion alignment and promotion simulation.
4.Sales contract review., support for commercial team, including sales control and management of rebates and incentives.
5.Weekly sales FCST delivery, work closely with business operation team to deliver accurate sales forecasts.
6.Responsible for monthly closing, including rebate accrual, Net Sales finalization & OPEX accrual list preparation. Monitor actual vs budget and forecast. Deliver key business insights. Prepare the monthly deck sales related part.
7.Responsible for monthly COGS DOP adjustment.
8.Preparation of monthly performance report.
9.Perform rolling forecast and Budget process.
10.Build business models and financial controls for new business when needed. (ex: Lense +Frame)
11.Other Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution.
Qualifications:
1) 8-10 years of solid experience in financial planning and analysis.
2) Strong analytical skills, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
3) Business partnership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure and fast pace. Ability to handle multi-task.
4) Strong business acumen
5) Experience and familiarity with SAP.
6) Excellent in written and spoken English.
