- Acts as Business Partner for across teams
- Support in workforce planning and performance review
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Support the business by providing quality driven, cost effective and timely end-to-end recruitment solutions to the designated business units, drawing insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient.
- Partner with management in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
- Continuously update oneself with changes in HR trends & tools, industry movements.
- Collaborate across teams on other People Operations special projects i.e. People Operations Process Improvement, Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Open House Recruitment.

- Possess a strong understanding of HR process chains and responsibilities within the HR operations domain.
- Support and execute HR-related initiatives.
