• In charge of end-to-end frontline retail staff recruitment in Taiwan, including collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, designing assessment and selection processes, creating job advertisements, sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment cycle touch-points.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new staff and provide support for offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR operations, including personnel data maintenance, updating HR reporting data, and conducting benefit enrollment.
• Support HR Manager with the execution of HR initiatives in Taiwan and the implementation of global HR programs, such as employer branding and employee engagement.
• Provide administrative support to the entire Taipei office, including office maintenance and general affairs management.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
