1.Relocate 到杜拜管理工程團隊 (由前後端、QA、運維組成)
2.善於溝通,能與投資人和產品方溝通需求並將需求轉換成工程語言
3.管理技術制度和建立技術規程標準,負責全面實施,帶領團隊實現開發目標
4.主導參與系統架構核心程式編寫,核心技術問題研究,解決案子開發過程中的重大技術問題
5.負責技術人才的團隊建設和管理,建立有效的技術人才培育與發展體系
【職務條件】
1.精通英文,能流利使用英文與工程師溝通需求和技術交流
2.具備 3 年以上技術管理職的經驗,至少管理過 10 人以上的技術團隊
3.至少一個部門以上的管理經驗 (後端、前端、運維、QA 或者是技術 PM)
4.擁有良好溝通協調能力,能與內外部團隊合作、帶領團隊一同在專業上成長並取得成果
5.工作中能保持敏捷與彈性應變,快速因應變化的高效執行力

*Responsibilities*
1.Relocate to Dubai to manage the engineering team (comprising frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps).
2.Effective communication skills, capable of discussing requirements with investors and product stakeholders and translating these needs into engineering language.
3.Manage technical policies and establish technical standards, responsible for comprehensive implementation, and lead the team to achieve development goals.
4.Lead and participate in core system architecture programming, research core technical issues, and solve major technical problems in the project development process.
5.Responsible for team growth and management and establishing effective talent cultivation and development.
*Qualifications*
1.Proficient in English, able to communicate fluently with engineers for requirement discussions and technical ideas exchange.
2.Over 3 years of experience in technical management, having managed a technical team of at least 10 people.
3.Experience in managing at least one department (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, or technical PM).
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with internal and external teams, leading the team to grow professionally and achieve results.
5.Agile and flexible in work, able to respond quickly and efficiently to changes.

1.Passionate about new technologies, accustomed to learning trends and best practices from the open-source community.
2.Participated in blockchain project development from scratch.
