-在乳品、高級礦泉水、飲料和食品行業客戶中積極開發PF產品,特別是LifeTec液體新業務,完成年度銷售目標和LifeTec年度銷售目標 -建立包括LifeTec品牌在內的唐納森品牌,深入PF關鍵行業,推動銷售目標的達成 -識別新的業務機會並實施行銷策略 -LifeTec產品在食品和飲料市場的推廣和新應用; -在工藝過濾市場實施戰略計畫 -完成年度銷售目標,制定年度銷售計畫 -準備銷售報告,定期向高級經理更新銷售行動計畫 -識別並發展在乳品、高級礦泉水、飲料和食品行業客戶內適合我們現有產品範圍的主要客戶 -與全球團隊緊密合作,服務並獲取臺灣地區的全球客戶 -開發OE客戶,建立視窗案例,推廣我們的產品優勢 任職要求: 教育資格: -專科及以上學歷,生物工程或食品工程相關優先 -技術能力與技能: 良好的表達和報告能力 熟悉Excel, Word和Powerpoint軟體 -良好的溝通能力 具有團隊合作精神,自我激勵,有上進心,能在壓力下工作 -以結果為導向,積極進取,有較強的商業意識; 勇於接受挑戰,有克服困難和實現目標的強烈意願 相關工作經驗: - 3-5年以上乳品、高級礦泉水、飲料和食品行業的客戶耗材銷售經驗,有堅實的客戶基礎和客戶關係,能快速開拓在乳品、高級礦泉水、飲料和食品行業客戶市場; - 2年國際公司工作經驗,對客戶有價值銷售和整體解決方案銷售經驗; -熟悉乳品、高級礦泉水、飲料和食品行業客戶的生產工藝知識 其他: -70%-80%差旅(大多為台灣客戶拜訪) Key Accountabilities • Achieve annual sales and margin target for PF Customers in defined markets segments of Food and Beverage industry in the assigned territory. • Develop PF business with particular product focus (LifeTec liquid and sterile air elements) in target markets, such as dairies, water, spirits, beverage and food processing. • Build Donaldson company brand including LifeTec brand deep into PF key industry to drive the achievement of the sales target. • Identify new business opportunities and implement the marketing strateglly; • Define business opportunities and contribute to definition of annual sales projections. • Prepare CRM based sales reports, update the sales action plan to senior managers on a regular basis • Regular sharing of market information (industries and competitors) and intel with the sales Teams • Identify and develop key customers out of the F&B Industry which fits in our current product scope. • Work closely with global PF team to capture global account business in the assigned territory. Education Qualification: • Bachelor or above, prefer biological or food engineering related. • Technical Competence & Skills: • Good presentation and reporting skill • Familiar with Excel, Word & Power point software • Experience with CRM programs is desirable. Relevant Experience: • 3-5 years food and beverage consumable sales experience, solid customer basis and relationship, able to quick develop consumable business in F&B markets; • 2 years of International company work experience background, value sale and total solution sales experience to customers; • Familiar with food & beverage customer production process knowledge.
