We seek a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Engineering Assistant. This role combines receptionist duties with administrative support for the engineering department, ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating deliveries.
• Assist engineers with purchase requisitions, equipment bookings, and shipping/receiving logistics.
• Schedule and set up meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and support engineering events.
• Coordinate business travel for engineers, including hotels, transportation, and visas.
• Handle other administrative tasks like office supplies, pantry inventory, and dinner orders.
• Other business supports from management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a receptionist/administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to communicate in oral and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
