【CORE RESPONSIBILITIES】
1. The process of giving efficient, reliable and proactive financial support to improve business performance involving production costs, inventories, Capital efficiency and business indicators.
2. To support the management in decision making through high quality reporting and analysis.
3. To ensure that internal control and processes are maintained fully within the company procedures as well as statutory practices.
4. Preparing profitability analysis, Check point towards variances and controls, Publishing of expense reports to help monitor expenses and control.
5. Participate in Target setting process , Standard costing & budgeting and result forecasting.
6. Reporting to group on performance of Business Unit and Production result monitoring and also statutory and periodic reports.
7. Drive business planning, forecasting and follow-up process.
8. Conduct and communicate financial analysis and reporting with relevant stakeholders to increase awareness leading to relevant actions and comments .

9. Support business activities and decision making in financial issues – business cases, projects, acquisitions, investments, divestments wherever applicable.
10. Review business activities to detect problems, anomalies, errors, lack of realism, threats and opportunities and helping to prioritize actions and driving the risk management process.

12. Takes an active part in decisions affecting the business by setting clear and challenging financial targets, conducting continuous follow-up of performance.

【Experience/education】
1. Should be a CA / CA inter with 5-7 years’ experience and exposure to: Budgeting, Forecasting, cost analysis
2. Worked in ERP environment preferable Sap knowledge and IT literate (good level of Excel and PowerPoint, Others is a plus, able to learn other tools)
