▲職位概述: 負責管理和監督整個Convergint TW的日常運營和戰略方向。領導團隊,制定戰略計劃,並確保公司達到預定目標。總經理在組織內外展示領導力,促進團隊合作,推動業務增長和發展。 The General Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the overall daily operations and strategic direction of the Convergint TW. They lead teams, formulate strategic plans, and ensure that the company achieves its predetermined goals. Lead and manage the company's daily operations, ensuring effective coordination and cooperation among various departments. 2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the company's long-term goals and growth. 3. Oversee financial budgets and reports to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company. 4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws to protect the interests of the company. 5. Expand business and seek new growth opportunities, establishing good relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. 6. Recruit, train, and manage employees, build efficient teams, and promote employee development. 7. Handle critical internal and external matters of the company, resolve issues, and make decisions. 8. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and public occasions, maintaining the company's image and reputation. ▲資格要求: 1. 大學以上學歷,專業不限,商業管理、市場營銷或相關領域優先考慮。 2. 10年以上相關工作經驗,至少5年擔任管理職務。 3. 出色的領導和溝通能力,能夠激勵團隊並與各個層面的人員有效溝通。 4. 較強的商業頭腦和戰略思維,能夠制定並實施有效的業務戰略。 5. 優秀的問題解決能力和決策能力,能夠應對複雜的挑戰和情況。 6. 卓越的團隊管理和人際關係技巧,能夠建立並維護積極的工作環境。 7. 熟悉財務管理和業務運營,能夠分析數據並做出相關決策。 8. 有靈活性和應變能力,能夠適應快速變化的環境和市場。 9. 流利的英語口語和書面表達能力,有國際化工作經驗者優先考慮。 1. Bachelor's degree or higher education, majoring in any field, with preference for business management, marketing, or related fields. 2. More than 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in managerial positions. 3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and effectively communicating with personnel at all levels. 4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of formulating and implementing effective business strategies. 5. Outstanding problem-solving skills and decision-making ability, capable of addressing complex challenges and situations. 6. Excellent team management and interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain a positive work environment. 7. Familiarity with financial management and business operations, able to analyze data and make relevant decisions. 8. Flexibility and adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and market. 9. Fluent in spoken and written English, with preference given to candidates with international work experience.
