You will be responsible in helping for overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ rewards, perks, and benefits. The role will be extremely important as you will be helping in developing programs that to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the employees. Compensation & Benefits
- Familiar with C&B operations, work closely with share service team for payroll, taxation, insurance, and other related assignments management.
- Assist HRD in designing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Coordinate with internal & external service providers to manage employee benefits, such as insurance, pension, and well-being programs.
HR Compliance
- Reviews and develop HR policies and practices to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations and in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Point of contact for government related correspondence and labor inspection.
- Point of contact for internal/external scheduled/ad-hoc audits and reports preparation.
Employee Relations
- Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Partnering with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling with other stakeholders.
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
