1. Design the leadership devleopment / young talent development training program/courses/materials/lecture handbook
2. Conduct TTT or open discussion workshop as the master trainginer Design the global talent development programs (i.e. leadership team and young talents) to align organizational development needs.
3. Countinuously identify the organization’s training and development needs and create the brand new initiatives or reform and improve existing programs.
4. Provide consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within any part of the business, acting as development expert to design the training programs and deliver globally.
5. Work with L&D team in identifying improvements in the current global L&D framework, practices, policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes to enhance and support organizational and talent development needs.
6. Research the latest trends, tools and best practices in Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications (i.e. virtual learning mode / action learning) or leverage the digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
