【Job Responsibilities】
1. 規劃與執行印度Gift City分行人力資源相關專案,掌握專案時程並管理人力資源業務發展狀況。
2. 協助印度Gift City分行人才選、用、育、留業務,以達成在地化發展及人力素質提升。
3. 蒐集並分析同業資訊,以規劃與設計當地人力資源制度。
4. 協助總行規劃與執行選、用、育、留等人力資源相關事宜。
5. 其他主管交辦事項。
1. Plan and execute HR-related projects for the GITY City Branch, manage project timelines, and oversee the development of HR business.
2. Assist in the recruitment, employment, development, and retention of talent for the GITY City Branch to achieve localization and improve the quality.
3. Collect and analyze industry information to plan and design local HR rules.
4. Assist the head office in planning and executing HR-related projects such as recruitment, employment, development, and retention.
5. Other delegated responsibilities from supervisors.
