● Manage Internal salary adjustment activities, including annual review and promotion salary change.
● Maitain corporate compensation competitiveness by gaining external C&B market data and reports through survey activities.
● Analyzes competitive market data to provide recommendations in package proposal for recruting side and telent management activities.
● Designs new programs for base pay, allowance items, incentive pay and performance management.
● Conducts job analysis and evaluation activities to ensure proper classification of jobs grades/level/functions/titles.
● Manages administration of company-wide benefits plans and programs, including health & welfare, retirement, workers' compensation, employee assistance, etc.
● Provides general counsel to employees and retirees about benefit plans and programs.
● OS enhancement and dashboard/report development.
● Participate HR projects.
