Main Purpose:
The HR Manager for this site will lead the HR processes including talent acquisition, communications, reward and recognition program, performance management, training, employee involvement and work practices.
The HR Manager for this site will lead a variety of human resource functions, including: conducting hiring processes, new employee orientation, administering benefits, entering employee information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files and investigating workplace incidents/accidents.
Help administrative manager to do all kinds of HR works, Maintains and enhances the organization‘s human resources, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Support with the direct staff recruitment, giving reasonable suggestions and effective recruitment ways to administrative manager.
• Create training plan to train all of employees of the facility regarding production skill promotion, company policy, and EHS training.
• arranging management meetings with staff; listening to and resolving employee grievances; and coaching staff and supervisors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Verify HR policy periodically according to the law of the country and the requirements of SEA, and give suggestion in case of any modification.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Coordinate with the administrative manager to complete some project, offering suggestions and proposals like how to lower the turn over, etc.
• According to the customer´s standard to create SPC, and lead facility to complete each action plan according to SPC.
