Job Overview
This is a generalist role to support HR Manager, APAC to handle basic HR duties and office administration functions.
II. Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Screen CV and arrange interview.
• Involve in On-boarding and Off-boarding process.
• Handle Attendance System administration.
• Any ad hoc HR Projects.
Office Administration
• Handle day-to-day office administration, including office maintenance, telephone, pantry supplies, office supplies, incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
• Prepare expense reports for HR & Administration dept.
• Manage Fixed assets, stationery and inventory control.
• Provide Travel support for both internal and external clients, including transportation, air ticket, hotel booking and visa administration.
• Company activities; e.g. annual dinner, company gathering, summit, regular party etc.
• Any ad hoc administrative projects.
