公司簡介: 創立於2018年,來自歐洲的新創公司,2019年將總部設立在台北。 團隊在亞洲區的遊戲領域中佔有不容忽視的角色,比起大量開發創新的遊戲,公司更著重對於遊戲高品質的要求,也是唯一少數在歐洲屢獲殊榮的遊戲公司技術服務代理商。 期望未來也把世界首屈一指的科技技術支援及服務引進亞洲市場,提供客戶耳目一新的客製化服務。 工作內容: 執行日常招募任用流程,任用優秀人才滿足職缺需求 Lead the recruitment process and fill job openings with top talent • 與用人主管溝通並了解職缺需求進行招募流程 Consult hiring managers on hiring needs, job descriptions and hiring process • 執行人員報到/離職流程及手續等事宜。 Implement on-board/odd board procedures. •對外及對內連絡窗口(對內跨部門、人選、對外如獵頭、各大求職平台等) Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies • 員工資料維護(出缺勤、員工資料表等..),定期審閱並確保公司符合勞基法 Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements • 員工關係維護 Maintain employee relationships and develop effective solutions to conflicts • 協助執行辦公室業務 Support daily operations and projects as needed
