Job Function:
This role will provide full project and administrative support to a leading technology corporation, and the candidate will work closely with managers and the broader admin team to ensure all group support is running smoothly.
Qualifications:
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Responsible, dependable and detail oriented.
• Advanced in Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Knowledge of internal Microsoft tools such as Headtrax, MS Expense, Travel, etc. is a big plus.
• Effectively and proactively solve various problems from team members to build team tightly and make work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create SoW and PO and keep track on progress of budgets.
• Plan, host and coordinate morale events, offsites, support year-end party logistics.
• Reconciling and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
• Manage interview schedule, book conference room and support new hire onboarding
• Manage office hardware, software, and supply needs
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks
•Provide end-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning, including proactive planning of internal and external partner meetings in tandem with planned business travel to drive schedule efficiencies
