【About the MA Program】
The 2024 BEYOND STARS MA Program is geared towards developing high potential individuals as future leaders in various aspects of our business.
This one year programme provides Management Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the value chain.
【What we are looking for / Key Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree in all fields are welcome.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Candidates with the STAR DNA - Supreme, Teamwork, Ambition, and Resilience.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have ability to grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change
- Enjoy working with diverse organizations and teams and have strong collaboration skills
What you will be doing / Key Responsibilities
- Complete the 1 year training program comprised of Orientation and Deep Dive Rotation, then distributed to overseas locations.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Preparing documents and updating records.

【培訓計畫】
✔第一階段：通識培訓課程 Orientation: 透過課堂訓練由公司中高階主管為新進員工介紹有關部門職責和業務運作，奠定專業基礎，並傳承企業理念和精神，以幫助新員工快速融入企業文化。
✔第二階段：
透過「培訓」「實作」 「輔導」三構面，建立廣度與深度兼備的專業能力。
➣﹝培訓﹞
- 透過輪調重點部門與海外單位，深度學習製鞋領域專業知識與累積跨單位人脈，包含品牌客戶、開發設計、工藝製造、生產管理等
- 參與共通職能課程訓練，包含團隊領導、問題分析、專案管理等課程，全面提升新員工職能。
➣﹝實作﹞
-參與部門重大專案與任務指派，快速累積實戰經驗。
-參與公司跨部門或海外專案，磨練跨部門溝通與整合能力，提升視野格局。
➣﹝輔導﹞
-培訓期間由高階主管擔任Mentor,為員工提供職涯指導和支持。
-HR隨時關注新人學習與適應狀況，適時提供協助與建議。
✔第三階段：完成12個月訓練並通過考核後，給予快速晉升，並分發單位，正式步入人才接班梯隊穩健快速發展。
【甄選時程】
3-4月履歷審核→4月AI影片面談→5月初HR團體面試→5月中CEO與高階主管團體面試→5月底錄取通知、報到說明會→7月總部培訓開始
