OEC Group is seeking to add an Expense Accountant to our office in Cerritos, CA. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Mandarin. The primary function is general expense coordination and reporting. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures * Coordinate general expense processing with manager and associates * Generate expense reports * Document business transactions and compiles information needed to prepare entries for company accounts such as the general ledger * Assists with preparation of company budgets * Perform other tasks as directed Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; or equivalent accountant experience * Experience as an Expense Accountant, Staff Accountant, or Expense Administrator is highly preferred * 1-3 years accounting related experience * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Charts, etc) * Detail oriented and highly organized * Effective interpersonal and organizational skills * Portray commitment, professionalism, formality and a sense of urgency to meet the criteria needed for this industry * Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required * Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen is required To save time applying, OEC Group does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.
