Responsible for the promotion of a range of products and services, including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Derivatives, by partnering with Relationship Managers to promote to customers in Taipei/Kaohsiung Branch. • Responsible for the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to maximize not only our revenue but also customers’ satisfaction. • Co-work with Relationship Managers, Dealers and relevant divisions to enhance treasury profits. • Build effective relationships with key customers to develop new business and to deliver a high quality of service to customers. • Work in partnership with Relationship Manager to understand customer expectations, obvious hedge needs, and potential hedge needs and to promote a range of products and services. • Be sensitive to the shift of customer expectations and suggest appropriate measures to ensure the Bank stays ahead of competitors. • Work in partnership with Product Offices’ from MUFG and MUFG entities to support in leveraging their products and expertise as well as to maintain relationship for future business opportunities.
