Tracking Falcon system issues with global warranty team. 從經銷商受理索賠案件，依照公司準則評估案件，呈報並向原厰和供應商及時進行索賠收付款流程。確保對市場的適當迅速反應，以維持高水準的客戶滿意度。若有保固系統相關問題，及時向原廠反映並解決。 2. Receive goodwill claims from dealers, evaluate according to guidelines and reject disqualified claims. Transfer verified claims to Company management for payment approval. Ensure goodwill claims are properly handled to maintain high customer satisfaction. 從經銷商受理善賠案件，依照公司準則評估案件，並執行公司內部審核流程。確保對市場的適當迅速反應，以維持高水準的客戶滿意度。 3. Prepare monthly report on warranty performance and compare the quality issues, and report to the management. 統整並分析每月保固案件報告，包含品質問題分析及案件審核狀態，並向管理層匯報。 4. Conduct monthly scrap process and workshop audit, and deliver the report to dealer and Company management. Follow-up the findings and improvement suggestions to the dealer workshop. 進行每月的零件報廢處理流程和服務廠稽核，並向經銷商和公司管理層提交報告。跟進違規問題，及提供經銷商改善建議。
