Key Areas of Responsibility -
1. Manage online brand presentations and brand content on EC platforms aligned with brand guidelines.
2. Plan & deliver EC marketing calendar by collaborating with EC team and TP under line manager guidance considering both brand campaign roadmap and key online business moment calendar.
3. Manage EC marketing budget, optimize budget to be spent effectively and ensure result to achieve targeted KPIs. (Online traffic, CVR, EC sales and online recruitment)
4. Optimize brand site SEO, contents and consumer journey to enhance both traffic acquisition and conversion rate.
5. Report EC campaign results on a regular basis, review effectiveness of performance marketing and the status of online recruitment.
6. Daily/Monthly site traffic, conversion rate, AUS, customer recruitment and performance ads monitoring delivered insightful enhancement action to help the sales team to achieve business target.
7. Work closely with agencies and cross-function teams, drive collaboration and communication, proactively get information, and drive impactful EC marketing initiatives.

he focus of his/her scope will be –
• Integrated EC marketing planning for seasonal marketing/EC campaigns and performance advertising planning and monitoring in line with HK&TW Brand campaign priorities.
• Optimize EC traffic acquisition by SEM, SEO, Paid social ad, LINE OA, sales-driven KOL cooperation, affiliation implementation, and EC-related buzz management.
• Enhance EC conversion rate via digital marketing tactics such as optimizing landing page presentation, product detailed page layout and copy, brand site content enrichment, and online consumer journey optimization.
• Support Digital team for online CLM/Explorer Pass program development and executions in TW, including recruitment, re-engagement, and triggered communications throughout the member lifecycle, in collaboration with the GC CLM function team, and local EC team.
• Support HK site daily operations including assets management, product management, home page and collection page updates.
• EC Marketing Budget management, ensure efficiency and deliver against targeted KPIs.
Minimum Relevant Experience:
5+ year(s) in performance marketing or Ecommerce
