【Brand Marketing】
※Planning:
.Conduct marketing plans according to brand strategies and to meet growth objectives, support business strategy alignment, and to achieve goals in market share & operating profit.
.Work with Product team to strengthen brand proposition and identify key areas to improve brand power towards target audiences.
.Plan and manage global brand assets to support Sales team on the production of merchandising/communication/education materials according to local enquiry.
.Develop HRD premium pattern consumer engagement strategy to effectively deploy media plan to deliver brand premiumization objectives.
.Conduct consumer purchase behaviour research and identify current gap for improving areas assessment.
.Budget management and ensure strictly follow with compliance

.Participate in Region Sales & Marketing conferences, and special projects, where required.
.Assist Marketing manager on global brand projects deployment to BSFC and provide necessary support to ensure diverse projects complete under planned time-line and resources.
.Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with other market based group entities where applicable
