Role Description:
Cloud Interactive is seeking a Marketing Content Writer for our Taipei office. This is a full-time on-site role with a flexible WFH policy. As a Creative Content Marketer, your words will be the driving force behind our digital presence. As an integral part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to craft compelling content that engages, educates, and converts our audience. In this role, you will focus on writing content for white papers, sales kits, emails, and LinkedIn, while supporting the copywriting of the website and blogs.
Responsibilities:
Content Development
• Your main focus will be developing compelling B2B content, including sales kits,
brochures, white papers, case studies, and presentations.
• Responsible for bilingual copywriting for ad copy, emails, and socials.
• As you will own the creation of whitepapers, the ability to stay updated on industry
trends, research and understand our target audience is a must.
• Systematically edit and proofread all company’s written assets, with a view to
continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in using Canva to create visually appealing and effective sales documents.
Marketing Support
• Support the marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns.
• Help shape the tone of voice across our platforms and marketing materials.
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in content writing and editing.
• Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback to improve content quality continually.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a cohesive
brand voice and message.
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to contribute to the development of
content plans that align with business objectives.
• Showcase a creative mindset that brings fresh perspectives to content creation.
• Highly organised and with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work at pace while knowing when to escalate
and ask for guidance.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation and the lead nurturing process based on
the buyer’s journey.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of excellent copywriting skills (Please provide examples of your
work).
• Proficiency in developing sales documents such as presentations, brochures, one-
pagers, etc.
• 1+ year of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B/SaaS industry.
