About The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Automation / MarTech Expert to deliver our engagement and retention marketing efforts for VIVE/HTC's main product lines globally. This ideal person will leverage customer data to discover possibilities for expanding user reach, optimizing the customer experience, and converting prospects into loyal customers, while also maximizing the value of existing customers.
This role requires the candidate to be highly analytical, customer focused and always looking for ways to better understand customer needs and desires. The primary goal is to leverage customer data and marketing automation solutions effectively, with a specific emphasis on HTC VIVE's digital marketing channels, in order to drive repeat purchases & engagements and cultivate high-value, loyal customers.
This position is under the Global Marketing team at our HQ. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various departments within the company and co-work with regional teams in different markets. Responsibilities:
• Work with Technical teams to plan, architect, and develop a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for HTC VIVE’s customer database to support various digital marketing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect data, identify gaps, and create functional requirements.
• Develop user segmentation using RFM models and relevant data analysis tools.
• Research and implement Marketing Automation solutions distributing across HTC VIVE’s marketing channels including but not limited to Email, Paid Media, Website, etc.
• Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and sales tools.
• Evaluate cross-channel customer journeys and data signals across the customer lifecycle that will inform audience targeting and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop Marketing Automation strategies throughout customer stages (activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, churn management, etc) in collaboration with various teams through data-driven methods.
• Drive user activation, retention, loyalty, engagement, win-back, and sales revenue for HTC VIVE’s products and services (e.g. DAU/MAU, ARPU, ROI, etc.)
• Design and implement customer Membership and Loyalty programs to drive user growth and retention.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global CRM strategy, including campaign planning, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized communication.
• Identify, recommend, and execute marketing improvements to enable automation and efficiency, segmentation enhancements, and triggered/multi-step campaign opportunities.
• Discover growth opportunities across platforms, and propose and implement marketing campaign ideas.
• Partner with data engineering/tech team to plan data requirements and build pipelines to maintain customer data lakes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver reports via Excel/ Power BI/ data visualization and presentations to stakeholders among different global regions.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech, to inform and evolve our digital marketing strategy.
