About this position
Working closely with the Sales VP, Taiwan, this role is accountable for driving client development and business growth of DediProg across Japan market.
As the Japan branch manager, you’ll be responsible to communicate with C-Level executives or key decision makers such as GM/RD Head/Procurement and helping them to understand how Dediprog impact the bottom line for their business and value propositions
Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to
• Responsible for the branch’s Profit &Loss
• Creates and implements a detailed and forward-thinking business development
strategy for client coverage in Japan market.
• Establish and implement monthly execution tactics aligned with business unit
objectives.
• Channel and distribution management
• Grow market share across all categories by leveraging our brand and creating
competitive advantage.
• Regularly reviews top clients with colleagues ensuring appropriate long terms
strategies are in place to maximize business opportunities.
• Work closely with local FSE and headquarter to promote Japan sales through
various media channels.
• Develops creative events for business development in different market
segments.
• Oversees the governance structure to manage risks (financial, reputational, and
operational).
• Oversees staff management by working closely with relevant functional heads
where appropriate.
• Establishes appropriate performance review structure to ensure business getters
and administrative staff have clear objectives and development plans.
• Recruit, retain, motivate, coach and develop associates, in accordance to their
potential and developmental level, and seek opportunity to engage them in
projects
The Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Electrical/Mechanical/Computer science related
fields
• Good command of communication in Japanese/Mandarin/ English proficiency preferred.
• Minimum 8 year experience of sales / marketing in Technology /equipment
Industry. Preferred 3 year or above experience of similar supervisory positions
• Successful client management and business development track record with an
established network of ultra-high net worth clients in Japan
• Proven leadership skills to develop a high performing team
• Strong interpersonal skills with high cultural sensitivity to navigate effectively
and efficiently in a multi-cultural matrix organization
