We are seeking a dedicated and skillful professional to manage the company's product portfolio and develop product business strategies. Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product Lifecycle, including defining the product vision and requirement and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the product and solution to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Product Manager works to drive and optimize category-level product features, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives in support of the company product portfolio. This includes product launch planning and execution, and the marketing team to develop content and programs that drive field success, market awareness, and channel enablement. You coordinate with product development, operation, and regional sales to help achieve business objectives in terms of sales revenue and market leadership.
Product Manager conducts research, evaluates product demand, establishes pricing strategies, identifies a target audience, and determines the best way to reach that audience. You should be able to take a long-range view of the business and translate it into actionable plans to support the annual business plan. Additionally, Product Manager will have an in-depth understanding of the global marketplace, and distribution layers and build strong internal relationships with the regional teams while challenging the status quo.
Product Manager should be analytical, innovative, and strategic in nature to enjoy a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The role is highly matrixed and will require strong relationships across all areas of the business including marketing, sales, operation, and development.
Responsibilities:
• Understand and represent what the customer needs
• Conduct competitor analysis & market research
• Translate business goal, market analytics, data and customer needs into sales strategies and product strategies.
• Manage the lifecycle of existing products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive the execution of the product vision, product strategy, roadmap development, prioritized features, specifications, ID/UX Design, sales & go-to-market strategy, and product launch activities.
• Manage the new product beta testing process and gather customer feedback.
• Content creation for product sales kit and training material.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales support for key customers, sales demonstrations, outstanding projects, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with OEM/ODM accounts for development requirements.
• Forecast new product sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Track product metrics, analyze sales data to dig into user trends, collect customer feedback, and measure the product success.
