Duties & Responsibilities: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Service Advisor to join our very successful service operations team at Modena Motori Taiwan. Supporting our Service Manager, you will help manage & lead a strong team of Engineers in delighting our customers and getting it right first time. You will provide valuable support & direction for all daily tasks within this fast-paced environment. You will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Engineers/Sales Colleagues about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time & all our client’s requirements are met. You will have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll have the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport & relationship and identify exactly what our customers want and need. Requirements: Training will be provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Ferrari & Maserati to support your career. Ideally, you will have excellent organizational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
