Advantech is currently looking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team, you will play an important role to familiar with ODM process from RFQ, NPI to MP and EOL. KA Sales Manager will work as a project manager to coordinate PM, RD, supply chain, operation and RMA team members to provide satisfactory services and products to the customers and get new design-wins.

This role reports directly to the BG Head & AJP Intelligent System Sector Head
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Coordinate with product and marketing teams to align sales with company goals and meet targets.
2. Develop and execute business plans to drive responsible product revenue growth.
3. Foster strong internal relationships with overseas teams for efficient operations and growth.
4. Supervise all sales activities, including demand, inventory, projects, pricing, and promotions.
5. Independently manage credit reviews to ensure policy compliance.
6. Address customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and quality issues efficiently to boost satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with finance to handle overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
What you will need:
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on achieving customer success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with commerce operations and logistics processes, including an understanding of tariffs and related topics.
• ODM Japan account manager or Japan NPI sales experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prefer experience in server or networking product sales.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
