• Deliver against revenue and volume targets by focusing on distributors' KPIs
• Flawlessly execute NPD initiatives per agreed target.
• Identifying potential gaps, communicating those gaps and recommending possible solutions.
• Track and report distributors' results, competitors' activities.
Planning
• Create distributors' plans to achieve country targets
• Ensure proper communication of plans to distributors' sales force
• Lead the cycle evaluation and re-planning process Trade Fund Management
• Debit note handling – accurate checking / resolve discrepancies.
Distributor Management & Route To Market
• Effectively manage distributor performance and relationships through KPI's
Forecasting
• Work with Distributor to manage inventory levels, out-of-stock, warehousing, product ageing and trade returns
• Identify potential risks & opportunities for distributors, communicate accordingly and recommend solutions
• Enhance internal business understanding of market stock requirements and build relationship with key CS&L personnel
Retail Excellence
• Obtain timely and accurate store and competitive data (distribution, shelving, pricing, merchandising and promotional activities) by the distributors Organization Excellence
• Create a winning team within Distributor that strive to meet/exceed the targets
• Monitor and make recommendation to change organization to meet future customer needs.
Compliance
• Ensure that your team acts with the highest degree of integrity and equally complies 100% to the corporate policies on compliance
