[Job Overview]:
The Global Sales Executive/Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the products and services. This position involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth to achieve revenue targets.
[Key Responsibilities]:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the OTA and fleet management sectors. Research and prospect potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and address any concerns to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Product Presentation: Present the company's products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and suitability for their specific needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients. Close deals and secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and pipeline management. Regularly update the sales team and management on progress and performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the OTA and fleet management sectors. Leverage this knowledge to position the company as a leading provider.
[Qualifications and Requirements]:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IOT/IOV 、Fleet management 、or Automotive industries.
- Strong negotiation、communication、presentation skills and ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
