Responsibilities of the role - Responsible for project progress management to ensure the smooth progress of the project - Project cost estimation and calculation - Lead the PM team and collaborate with R&D and regional teams to develop and launch products that meet customer requirements - Work closely with regional BUs to jointly develop markets and provide customer services - Build strong partnerships and engagement with internal and external stakeholders and partners - Create and deploy segment strategy, business development, and go-to-market plans for business success Must Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product development and people management - ODM project management experience - Familiar with industrial computer and IoT industry - With experience on team leadership、product roadmap plan and marketing activities - Knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications, servers, and storage - High motivation and energy - Practically minded-with solid problem-solving skills - Good communication skills in English and Chinese
