主要工作內容負責如: 多層夾心蛋糕, 布朗尼, 餅乾及派的烘焙食品製作。因餐廳的麵包使用也是由烘培房提供, 因此我們將優先考慮已經具備麵包烘培經驗的求職者。另外若您是無麵包製作經驗的求職者,我們將會提供您相關的麵包製作訓練。
工作內容:
1. 執行烘焙房現場所需的工作(資深烘培人員需督導另一位烘培人員)
2. 依照主廚及副廚指示完成工作
3. 維持最高品質的廚房衛生狀態,整潔還有設備器具的維護
4. 有機會參與或協助菜單研發及特製甜點的烘焙發想
5. 一週五天班, 需可接受有時週末六日排班。

We are looking for a Pastry Staff or Senior Pastry Staff with a passion for American style classic sweets, such as layered cakes, brownies, cookies and pies. Our kitchen also bakes fresh breads, and a candidate with bread baking experience is an added plus. If you don't have bread baking experience we can train you.
This position would work under the supervision of our head chef and Sous chef (and oversee one other pastry cook if applied as Senior Pastry), with opportunities to work on menu development and special desserts.
The working shift time is 8:30am-5pm, 5 days a week, with any overtime hours paid at the end of the month. Ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is reliable and detailed oriented. Basic English skills preferred.
*Single shift roster, over-time fee will be paid according to labor regulations and company policies. Example: 9:00-17:30, 13:30-22:00
