1. Lead automotive display panel R&D projects from concept, design, validation to mass production, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements.
2. Act as the key technical interface with global Tier-1 suppliers and OEM engineering teams.
3. Define and execute panel development strategy, including optical, electrical, reliability, EMC and safety validation.
4. Track and implement next-generation display technologies such as OLED, Oxide TFT, miniLED backlight, and microLED.
5.Work closely with supply chain partners (driver IC, polariser, touch panel, cover glass, glues) to optimize design and cost competitiveness.
6.RFQ technical review and proposal preparation, including aligning customer cost targets while ensuring quality and reliability.
7.Drive team execution, resource allocation, and milestone management.
JOB SUMMARY
Lead engineering project teams focused on significant and unique engineering projects and design/development challenges. Also effectively manage a group of related projects through the entire product development process into production in a coordinated manner. Directly manage matrixed cross-functional program team consisting of engineering, manufacturing, contracts, procurement, quality, administrative, and other departments assigned to the program. Embrace continual/rigor review, analysis, change across program-level components to support program outcome through active promotion of value management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- [Leadership] Lead design teams through full product development and into production (E2E execution).
-[Leadership] Effectively Lead/supervise multiple engineering projects on significantly challenging and unique product applications.
-[Leadership] Expected to demonstrate a level of expertise in a particular area that matches or exceeds the expertise of our customers. Consult on system architectures/system leads to assess technical requirements and competencies needed during quoting and oversee design progressions, issues triages and risk management during product developments.

- [Leadership] Host and lead communication all aspects of the program effectively to customers and lead critical and high profile customer engagements.
