POSITION SUMMARY:
To respond to ANCA IT’s support request, and assist in managing ANCA’s current IT Storage and Infrastructure. Responsibility includes supporting all support requests from ANCA’s global workforce and assisting the engineering team with IT projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical experience
• Provide Helpdesk Support to ANCA’s global workforce
• Deliver on projects assigned by the IT leadership team
• Strong experiences in Dell/Cisco Switching and Network planning
• Managing Systems and Network across ANCA’s Asia and global offices
• Assist in Managing ANCA’s Storage and Backup environment.
• Review, approve and schedule changes requests and maintenance activities.
• Perform General IT required duties, such as upgrades, security, virus protection, spam protection, registry, active directory, system implementation, performance monitoring
• Maintain and respond to all critical IT project, including after standard business hours.
• Understanding of Azure, Intune, Jira, Confluence would be a plus.
• Maintain a health and safe work environment and work with the manager/supervisor and co-workers to mitigate and eliminate hazards that put at risk fellow employees
• Observe all Health and Safety instructions (including wearing all prescribed PPE) at all times.
