【Main Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations】 1. Manage network infrastructure and server systems to ensure secure and stable operation. 2. Lead teams, assign tasks, mentor members, and ensure efficient workflow. 3. Develop and enforce data security policies to safeguard integrity and confidentiality. 4. Coordinate infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery and goal achievement. 5. Promptly resolve issues, monitor tech trends, drive innovation, and optimize infrastructure. 6. Control costs, enhance efficiency, collaborate with other departments, and support organizational objectives. 【Experience】 ● 5 years of relevant experience. ● Bachelor's degree. 【Knowledge and Required skills】 1. Basic understanding of network architecture, protocols, subnetting, routing, and switching for effective management and maintenance of network infrastructure. 2. Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux/Unix, to effectively manage servers and virtualization environments. 3. Basic understanding and management experience of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, including infrastructure, service models, and cost management. 4. Understanding of storage architectures and technologies including SAN, NAS, and the ability to implement effective backup and recovery strategies. 5. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, to manage virtualized environments and optimize resource utilization. 6. Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of objectives. 7. Effective leadership, task delegation, coordination, and communication skills to lead teams, collaborate with other departments, and stakeholders.
