- 規劃、管理遊戲以及監控遊戲的全球即時運作
- 制定服務運作的內部和外部政策
- 制定遊戲內容服務政策並進行風險監控
- 即時回應遊戲營運問題
- 利用、管理和改進服務工具（操作工具）
- 策劃並執行各種活動
- 檢視和改善全球直播服務，並監控其風險，領導反作弊活動並管理政策
- 分析客戶需求並制定策略
- 對遊戲內容提出改進建議
- 管理社群頻道
■ 必要條件：
- 精通韓語（聽、說、讀、寫）
- 手機遊戲服務經驗與基礎知識
- 優秀的溝通技巧和積極的心態
- 熟練使用MS Office
- 可接受海外出差
- 對手機遊戲有較高的興趣和理解
- 強烈的責任感與工作熱情
- 至少2年相關經驗

- 有手機遊戲全球服務營運經驗者優先

■ Job Description:
-Manage and operate global live operations for games, including planning and administration
-Establish internal and external policies for service operation
-Formulate service policies for game content and conduct risk monitoring
-Investigate and respond to live operation issues
-Utilize, manage, and improve service tools (operation tools)
-Plan and execute various events
-Review and improve global live service risks, lead anti-cheat activities, and manage policies.
-Analyze customer needs and develop strategies
-Suggest improvements for game content
-Manage community channels
■ Qualifications:
-Proficient in Korean (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking)
-Experience and basic knowledge in mobile game services
-Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset
-Proficient in using MS Office
-Available for overseas business trip
-High interest and understanding of mobile games
-Strong sense of responsibility and passion for work
-At least 2 years of related experience
■ Preferred:
-Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking)
-Preferred experience in operating global services for mobile games
-Passionate about games, creative, and proactive
-Able to use image/video editing software
-Preferred candidates with international experience
-Proficiency in more than two languages
