【Responsibilities】
1. Manage and lead the planning and implementation of IT cloud technical projects (e.g., cloud infrastructure implementation projects, cloud migration projects).
2. Deliver project management, including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management, and progress reporting.
3. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate verification techniques.
4. Define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
5. Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
6. Perform quality assurance and control to ensure the deliverables meet the agreed standards.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 8. Report and escalate issues and risks to management as needed.
【Skills】
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science, engineering, or a related field
2. Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2)
3. 5+ years of working experience as a project manager in the IT sector
4. 2+ years of experience working in IT cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, containers, networks, and system management tools
5. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure deployment and cloud technologies
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
7. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
8. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as gantt charts, critical path method, agile, etc.
9. Experience in change management and project management control procedures.
10. Strong sense of ownership capable of maintaining high performance in a dynamic working environment.
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Certification in Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Scrum Master (CSM), continued or advanced learning (Master, MBA, or equivalent)
2. Strong problem-solving ability and technical aptitude. Ability to recognize gaps in change management, workflows, and operational processes and procedures
3. Capable of technical deep-dives into systems, networking, and storage with engineers
4. A natural team leader who can motivate and encourage personal advancement
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Experience presenting at executive levels, facilitating tough decisions, as well as a passion for teaching and coaching on the front lines
7. Experience in managing IT projects for clients in enterprise, government, or finance sectors
8. Knowledge of cyber security, big data, artificial intelligence, or blockchain technologies
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
